Karen Mooney, MBA, ACC is keynote speaker, author, blogger and certified coach. She is a Gallup certified instructor that leverages the StrengthsFinder assessment to help leaders transform their team’s talents into competitive advantage. For 20 years she has lead a facilities team at a large healthcare organization in the Texas Medical Center where she was awarded “Best Boss” (2010) and has been a two-time finalist for the institutional mentoring award. Her book “Change Is in Order” was published in January of 2017.
