February Chapter Meeting
6 February 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm CST$10 – $25
A visit every 3 years from a National board member is one of the benefits of our NAPO Chapters. As such, Lisa Mark, Treasurer of NAPO National will provide an interactive presentation on the benefits of NAPO on Thursday, February 6, 2020. This is a perfect opportunity to ask questions you have about how NAPO National works, ways to become more involved at the National Level, with future conferences, SIG groups, etc.
In addition, earn 1 CEU through Lisa’s presentation, “Downsizing Clients for Success”.
Lisa Mark, CPO, received her BA from Stanford University, worked in high tech for many years, and has over 25 years of experience in the organizing and productivity industry. She and her team work with clients who want to live lives of intention and integrity by clearing space and setting up systems that support their goals. Lisa has extensive experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations and differently-abled individuals, including individuals experiencing traumatic illness or injury.
Lisa is currently serving a second 3-year term as Board treasurer of NAPO. She served two terms as treasurer of the San Francisco Chapter of NAPO, as well as two terms as president and two terms as treasurer of the Parents’ Association at her daughters’ high school. All members, business partners, and guests are invited to attend our monthly NAPO Houston meeting at the United Way of Greater Houston’s Community Resource Center, located at 50 Waugh Drive, Houston, TX 77007. This is an opportunity for you to network with other organizers and ask questions about business practices, our national and local associations, or about becoming a professional organizer or productivity consultant. As a guest, you are welcome to attend three meetings, before you will be required to become a NAPO Houston member.
The meeting no longer includes dinner but attendees are welcome to bring their own snacks or dinner or purchase food through Jason’s Deli. If you do not receive an email from Jason’s Deli, please email Meetings@NapoHouston.com to request a link.
