Karen has been helping Houston’s small business owners and busy professions get organized and be productive since 2008. Before starting her organizing business, Karen worked in the sports industry. Her experience working with teams helps her create customized solutions that take advantage of client’s natural strengths and tendencies. She describes herself as a tech lover and productivity nerd. For Harry Potter fans, she is a prototypical Ravenclaw.

Lisa hails from California but loves exploring the wonders and food of Texas. Lisa will organize anything – closets, offices, garages, events, parties and even small businesses! If not organizing, you can find Lisa hiking or curled up with a Jane Austen novel.
Vice President and Membership Director
Growing up the daughter of a Naval Officer, Stephanie caught the travel bug early. If she’s not transforming cluttered spaces into havens of peace, she’s flying to a new destination to hike up a mountain or relax on a beach. She continues to be thrilled every time she sees the Houston skyline.
As a Navy BRAT and “gypsy” adult (17 moves in as many years!), Meredith loves organizing anything and everything. When not helping clients, Meredith can be seen running after her toddler twins, Crushing Candy, drinking wine, and watching Disney+, often simultaneously.
Nikki enjoys working with people to create order out of chaos. She wants to help her clients free up emotional space for living by ordering their physical spaces. Her aim is to make the organizing process productive as well as fun. Nikki received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Prairie View A&M University. She spent 12 years in the retail and property management industry before deciding to pursue a career as a Professional Organizer. Her business experience and her passion to create order have led to this decision. Helping people resolve organizational issues gives her a great sense of gratification and accomplishment. Through motivation and guidance, Nikki believes anyone can learn to become organized. She recognized that helping people to become organized was her purpose in life.

Originally from Budapest, Hungary, Blanka moved to Houston from London (UK) to live with the love of her life after two long years of long-distance dating between Houston and London.
She has a background in Learning & Development, Personal Development Coaching and she is the founder of Your Sorted Space. Blanka loves to guide people from chaos and feeling overwhelmed to peace of mind by decluttering and sorting their space.
When she is not sorting her clients’ space you will find Blanka reading, jigsaw puzzling, or doing sports like bike riding, or hot yoga. Blanka loves dancing salsa.
Business Partner Director
Born and raised in Oregon, Michelle has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. As the Owner of Pretty Practical Spaces®, she loves transforming clients’ homes, including designing and implementing landscaping projects. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys year-round gardening in Houston and traveling with her husband.
Stephanie, a native, bi-lingual Houstonian, founded Zensational Organizing upon returning to the US after living in Australia from 2007-2019. Prior to becoming a professional organizer, Stephanie organized events and kept corporate and elected officials organized.
Stephanie helps people transition from living in chaos to finding their Zen. When not helping people get their Zen back, she can be found spending time with family, most likely attending her daughter’s many activities.

A native Houstonian, Donna enjoys the study of productivity and all things organizing. When not slaying chaos, you can find her exploring the world on foot, practicing yoga, writing poetry and other non-fiction essays, and playing with her new grandson, Jackson.
